Account Manager Jobs in Kalamazoo, MI
An Account Manager in the banking industry is essentially responsible for managing relationships with specific customers for the bank. They are in charge of a portfolio of clients and their duties include growing and retaining existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients. They work closely with various business departments to maintain and increase client satisfaction. They also monitor the profit, loss, and liabilities of every client and ensure timely payment of loans and other financial obligations.
