Stellantis Financial Services SFS is the new captive finance company for one of the worlds leading automakers and a mobility provider with iconic brands including Abarth Alfa Romeo Chrysler Citron Dodge DS Automobiles Fiat Jeep Lancia Maserati Opel Peugeot Ram Vauxhall Free2move and Leasys Our exciting growth provides opportunities to advance your career as we successfully lead products and services from a small to midsize company in just a few years Join our world class team and culture and contribute to our core mission which is enhancing our customers experience Position Summary This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the financial foundation of a rapidly scaling multi billion dollar auto lending business As a Senior Financial Systems Analyst at Stellantis Financial Services you will be responsible for increasing the stability of the companys financial operations You will look beyond the numbers to provide meaningful insights that ensure we have reliable financial systems in our next phase of growth Essential Duties and Responsibilities Focused on revenue related and operating expenses conducting financial analysis forecasting budgeting and variance analysis for use in the development of financial business decisionsDrive the month end close in partnership with the business and accounting for your areaUtilize month end close results and business insights to develop and lead a 12 month rolling forecastAssists with the annual budget process as well as periodic re forecastsCollaborate with cross functional teams serving as their trusted financial advisorWorks closely with accounting management and senior management in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reportsIdentifies ways to promote efficiency within the financial reporting process through new templates systems and data relationshipsReconciles general ledger data to various sub ledger and system dataAssist in developing presentations to executive management affiliates and external entitiesDevelop appropriate planning and reporting tools using current and new systemsIdentifying financial risks and recommending mitigation strategies while also ensuring compliance with financial regulationsAd hoc financial analysis of financial and operating metrics as directed by managementSupport business area as needed on special projectsPreserve organizations value by being a good custodian of confidential informationAll other duties as assignedQualifications and Competencies Analytical Collects and researches data; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Initiative Looks for and takes advantage of opportunities; Asks for and offers help when neededRequired Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance Analysis or AccountingAdvanced Excel including Power Query and Power PivotStrong analytical and problem solving skills with keen attention to detail demonstrated integrity and professionalism while effectively multitasking and prioritizing diverse tasksAbility to work independently and collaboratively along with strong organizational and time management skillsEducation Bachelors degree in computer science accounting finance or related field Skills Required Travel 0 10 as required on an as needed basisMust have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities Atlanta GA;
