We are now hiring a Property Compliance Coordinator to join our FAMILY in Grand Rapids, Michigan! This person will assist the Asset Management Team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks related to property management and property acquisition.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner with Internal Inspection Manager on all related / overlapping activities

Monitor, respond to, and help site teams prepare for lender activity, by but not limited to: Reviewing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of schedule 6s, various agreements,

invoices, reports, and audits

Clarifying questions or challenges with input from lenders and leadership teams as needed

Coordinating with regional and asset team leadership to set project priorities and deadlines,

communicating proactively and often

Managing all necessary recordkeeping and delivering evidence of completion to lender

Assist in preparation of reports

Various data entry projects

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required (unless otherwise noted):

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

1-2 years of job or internship experience in business, customer service, administrative or a related field.

Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Yardi experience in strongly preferred.
