Chargeback Specialist Jobs
A Chargeback Specialist in the banking industry is primarily responsible for processing and investigating disputes arising from credit or debit card transactions. They play a critical role in managing chargeback procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working towards preventing fraudulent activities. They usually deal with cardholder disputes, track chargebacks, analyze transaction patterns, and communicate with merchants, customers and card associations to resolve these disputes.
