Change Analyst Jobs in Lenexa, KS
A Change Analyst in the banking industry is primarily responsible for managing changes and improvements in business processes, systems, and models. They ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently, minimizing the impact on existing processes and customers. They analyze and understand the potential implications of changes, develop and implement change management strategies, and ensure that the new systems or procedures meet business objectives and customer needs.
