Some of the functions the Finance Manager – FP&A will perform:
· Support and lead the annual financial (budget) and strategic plan process
· Partner with cross-functional operating partners to provide insights that drive the growth of the business
· Manage the development of reporting and KPIs for the business
· Create and present visually engaging and intuitive financial reports and presentations tailored to communicate key insights to cross-functional and executive audiences
· Leverage technology to drive efficiencies in finance processes
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
· 5-7 years Financial Analysis; Retail industry experience a plus
· Advanced PC skill proficiency, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
· Attention to detail
· Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across all levels
· Track record of serving others and putting team goals first
· Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems
· Adaptability; flexible to changing market forces and shifting priorities
· Desire to continuously improve and remain curious
