Corporate Finance Manager

About the Role:
A rapidly growing aviation services company is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to join its U.S.-based finance team. This role is key to supporting accounting operations, financial oversight, and process improvements across a range of departments tied to maintenance and operational performance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead functions related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, supplier relationships, and credit management.

• Own the monthly close process, ensure timely reconciliations, and support treasury-related activities.

• Manage calculations and reporting related to accruals including work-in-progress, revenue recognition, and expenses.

• Support inventory tracking and job cost accounting processes.

• Prepare journal entries for assets, liabilities, and equity accounts.

• Contribute to the preparation of internal financial statements and assist with special projects, procurement processes, and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and corporate audit requirements.

• Assist with budget development, particularly around facility and maintenance spend.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA a plus.

• At least five years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with some leadership responsibilities.

• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and experience working within an ERP system.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with reporting tools is a plus.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented professional who can work independently and prioritize effectively.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
