Akkodis is seeking a Cyber Technology Professional - Risk Management Specialist for a Contract job with a client in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in cybersecurity, with a strong background in third-party risk assessments, regulatory compliance, and industry standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST CSF. Rate Range: $49.24/hour to $60.61/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Cyber Technology Professional - Risk Management Specialist job responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of third-party vendors to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards. Identify and develop solutions to solve complex cyber and business problems. Perform assessments aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST CSF. Communicate assessment results effectively to stakeholders through written reports and verbal presentations. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate remediation efforts and ensure risk mitigation. Manage multiple assessments simultaneously while maintaining high quality and accuracy. Support internal audit and compliance initiatives related to third-party risk. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or related fields. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Proven experience in conducting third-party risk assessments. Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and other regulatory frameworks. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
