Green Lending Specialist - Tucson

Responsible for transaction processing and functioning as a liaison between members and technology. This includes interviewing members for loans of all green lending types within the requirements of the loan policies established by the Credit Union. Assist members and businesses with loan applications. Promote and cross sell Credit Union Services. Ensure member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service. Duties and Responsibilities: Interview and facilitate interactions between members and green lending. Gather needed verification documents from members and contractor partners. Maintain in-depth product knowledge on all green lending products, processes for green loans before and after funding, and Approved Contractor requirements. Research and make appropriate corrections for members with loan problems. Handle incoming and follow-up calls for members and contractors. Monitor contractor communication portal and maintain correspondence. Cross sell Credit Union products and services and maintain an acceptable level of Game of Work goals. Handle Contractor change orders. Follow up on installation updates and pending stipulations. Continuous focus on meeting all Net Promoter Score goals and Eagle Service standards. Keep department informed of member needs or desires regarding products, services, suggestions, and/or escalations. Work weekly and monthly green lending reports with an emphasis on accuracy first. Track member and contractor complaints. Work with Green Lending Manager on handling resolutions for all complaints. Maintain continual education through Green Team University. Participate in department and credit union projects that pertain to green lending specialist duties. Crosstrain and support other functions within the department. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Knowledge of federal regulations and general lending policies. Ability in math, ten key calculator, typewriter, and computer. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records. Good knowledge of Credit Union services. Performance Standard: Good interpersonal relations and a cooperative and positive attitude towards members and staff. Ability to determine member needs and cross sell Credit Union services. Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Ability to work under pressure and conflicting situations. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union. Physical Requirements: Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, etc.). Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, marketing material, etc. Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
