Role Overview The Vice President will play a senior execution role across equity and debt capital markets transactions, serving as a key advisor to clients and an integral part of transaction leadership. Key responsibilities include: Leading endtoend execution of capital markets transactions Advising clients on market positioning, capital structure optimization, and transaction structuring Serving as a senior point of contact throughout active mandates and broader client relationships Partnering with sector and coverage teams to originate assignments and deliver integrated financing solutions Focusing primarily on private capital raising transactions, including private debt and equity financings, staple financings, and other structured solutions Responsibilities Vice Presidents will assume significant ownership across all phases of transaction execution, including: Directing preparation of offering memoranda, investor presentations, internal credit materials, valuation analyses, and transaction documentation Managing the full execution lifecycle, including diligence coordination, financial modeling, documentation review, regulatory interfaces, investor marketing, bookbuilding, pricing, and closing Executing and reviewing complex valuation and financial modeling analyses, including DCF, LBO, and other corporate finance models Conducting detailed financial statement analysis and leading structuring discussions across capital stack alternatives Utilizing institutional data platforms, analytics tools, and advanced Microsoft Office applications to inform transaction strategy and investor targeting Mentoring and developing junior professionals by instilling rigorous analytical standards, disciplined execution processes, and a clientfirst mindset Qualifications Successful candidates will demonstrate: Prior experience as a Vice President within a Capital Markets group Established relationships with private equity sponsors and private capital providers (debt and equity) Exceptional analytical capability, intellectual curiosity, and professional judgment Demonstrated leadership and team management experience Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis skills Ability to independently manage complex workstreams in fastpaced, timesensitive environments Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Bachelor's degree required
