Director of Finance, Capital Markets & Operations - Help Scale a High-Growth Lending Platform

Location: Georgia | Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite | Compensation: $175,000 Salary DOE | Benefits + 401(k) Match

  • Lead financial operations, liquidity management, and capital strategy
  • Analyze profitability, portfolio performance, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee reporting, accounting coordination, and risk management
  • Improve servicing systems, workflows, and operational processesLead and develop operational teams while driving accountability and performance
  • Support strategic planning, investor reporting, and company growth initiatives
Who You Are
  • Strong background in finance, lending, banking, or real estate finance
  • Experienced leader who can manage both people and operations
  • Analytical, organized, and operationally disciplined
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
  • Strong finance, accounting, capital markets, operations, or lending background
  • Experience in private lending, real estate finance, banking, structured finance, or related industries is preferred, but not strictly required
  • Significant experience managing employees, building teams, and improving operational performance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through accountability, process implementation, coaching, and operational discipline
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to manage both strategic initiatives and operational detail
  • Strong organizational and process-management capabilities
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience with software implementations, workflow optimization, and operational scaling is preferred
  • Experience implementing software is a plus
  • CPA, CFA, MBA, or related credentials are a plus but not required
