Negotiation Business Operations Analyst

Piper Companies is seeking a Negotiation Business Operations Analyst to join a large healthcare-focused enterprise through hybrid work in Bethesda, MD. This role supports a centralized IT business operations team by driving datadriven vendor negotiation strategies, managing contract pipelines, delivering financial and operational insights to leadership, and partnering crossfunctionally to improve negotiation outcomes, ensure data integrity, and enhance program performance across a complex technology portfolio.

Responsibilities of the Negotiation Business Operations Analyst:

• Support vendor negotiation initiatives by managing intake, coordination, and lifecycle activities for contracts, renewals, and new technology engagements.
• Develop analytical insights through financial modeling, cost analysis, and market research to identify savings opportunities and inform negotiation strategies.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and data systems to track contract pipelines, performance metrics, and budget alignment.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare detailed negotiation materials, ensure data accuracy, and drive process improvements across the program.

Qualifications of the Negotiation Business Operations Analyst:

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, financial analysis, strategic sourcing, contract management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience translating data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with contract lifecycle management tools, dashboards, or enterprise data systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Compensation of the Negotiation Business Operations Analyst:

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 (based on experience)
