E-Commerce, Fulfillment & Customer Service Associate

A growing start-up food company is seeking a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented team member to support our e-commerce, fulfillment, and customer service operations.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare and pack shipments for online, retail, and wholesale orders
* Manage and update Shopify and website operations
* Process and monitor online orders
* Create shipping labels and coordinate fulfillment activities
* Respond to customer emails and customer service inquiries
* Maintain product listings and inventory updates
* Support Etsy and other online marketplace operations
* Assist with promotional campaigns and website content updates
* Monitor customer feedback and respond professionally
* Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer communications
* Assist with inventory management and shipping supplies

Qualifications:
* Previous food production, warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience is a plus, but not required
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
* Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online systems
* Strong customer service mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with Shopify, Etsy, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus

Schedule:
* Approximately 1525 hours per week
* Flexible scheduling
* Additional hours may become available based on workload and employee performance
* Opportunity to transition into a full-time position for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and are willing to take on additional responsibilities
