Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center . Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline.

Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Senior Manager, Enterprise Reporting FP&A to join our Finance team in Chicago, IL or Denver, CO. This role will be responsible for monthly and quarterly financial reporting and enterprise financial results. The position requires deep expertise in multifamily operations and asset management, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to effectively partner with internal leaders and Blackstone.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic people leader with a proven ability to design and execute scalable, efficient processes that deliver consistent, decision-ready insights.
What You Will Do:
The Senior Manager will be instrumental in developing and overseeing strategies that support enterprise decision-making by clearly telling the story of financial and operational performance - past, present, and forward-looking. In close partnership with Operation Teams, Asset Management, and other cross-functional leaders, this role enables strategic decision-making at both the community and portfolio levels.
This leader will bring a strong track record of (a) building cross-functional relationships, (b) analyzing risks and opportunities of a multifamily community and its market, and (c) executing scalable financial processes.
- Support the translation of enterprise and Finance strategy into clear, actionable plans across Enterprise Reporting, aligned to organizational priorities and long-term objectives.
- Oversee enterprise-level reporting and analytics , ensuring monthly and quarterly deliverables are accurate, consistent, and strategically aligned for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Partner with Finance and Operations senior leaders , contributing insights that inform enterprise strategy and performance outcomes.
- Drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives (e.g., automation, offshoring, operating model redesign) that scale FP&A capabilities and position the company for long-term growth.
- Develop and manage Managers and Analysts , fostering leadership depth, accountability, and succession planning across the Enterprise Reporting organization.
- Ensure alignment across reporting workstreams , balancing timely execution with long-term value creation.
- Contribute to strengthening the firms enterprise reporting foundation , including scalable reporting processes and data-driven decision frameworks.

What You Will Bring:
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience , with strong preference for multifamily finance, asset management, or operations.
- Proven track record building, managing, and mentoring high-performing FP&A teams .
- Deep understanding of real estate fundamentals, portfolio performance, and capital markets .
- Experience supporting complex finance functions or business segments with the ability to influence decisions at the executive level.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate data-driven multifamily performance to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver concise, decision-ready insights in fast-paced environments .
- Advanced analytical expertise with mastery of Excel and PowerPoint , supported by strong accounting and finance fundamentals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive results with minimal direction .
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, or related field.
- CFA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:
- Expected base salary of $160,000- $180,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
