Director of Finance - Costing & Analysis

Tarkett USA (Dalton, GA) seeking Director of Finance - Costing & Analysis, responsible for driving and improving Commercial NA performance, ensuring compliance and consistency of manufacturing site financial statements, and leading the cost accounting across the entire organization. Will execute strategies to enhance profitability, with a focus on plant performance, forecasting and budgeting, and adherence to internal controls/policies. Will supervise approx. 4 subordinates. Requires bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, or closely related (foreign equivalent accepted) and 5 years experience in finance/accounting, 2 years within a manufacturing environment.
