Foreclosure Loan Processor

Are you experienced with foreclosures, loan modifications, loss mitigation, mortgage servicing, or foreclosure defense cases?

Our growing foreclosure and mortgage assistance company is looking for a highly organized and motivated Processor or Junior Processor to join our team immediately.

Paralegals with foreclosure, bankruptcy, real estate, mortgage, or loss mitigation experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do
Process foreclosure and loan modification files from start to finish
Collect and review client documentation
Follow up with homeowners regarding missing items
Communicate with mortgage servicers and lenders
Track deadlines, foreclosure sale dates, and lender requests
Maintain accurate file notes and case updates
Work closely with attorneys, negotiators, and support staff
What We're Looking For
Experience in loan modifications, foreclosure processing, mortgage servicing, loss mitigation, foreclosure defense, real estate law, or related fields
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-starter with a positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits

Full-time position
MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
