Who You Are:

The Treasury Analyst is responsible for protecting ExtensisHRs assets by mitigating financial risk and ensuring efficient cash movement. This role serves as a key liaison between Treasury, Finance, Payroll, and Implementation, ensuring that client funding processes run smoothly and that credit exposure is properly monitored.

This role is fully remote, with the ability to travel to our New Jersey office if needed. We are seeking an individual who is located on the west coast and/or can work PST hours.

What You'll Do:

Cash Management & Payments Monitor daily client payroll funding activity Process wire transfers and ACH payments Perform bank reconciliations Ensure all client payroll wire funding is received daily before endofday deadlines Post payroll cash receipts daily Submit payroll banking files and ensure timely processing before endofday deadlines Process ACH and reversewire dollar tests

Credit & Risk Management Monitor and maintain accurate client portfolios in Experian to prevent baddebt losses Track and document all credit defaults, issues, and risk events Collect pastdue funds from clients Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and procedures Escalate potential risks to the Treasury Supervisor

Reporting & Analysis Prepare account reconciliations Track key cash and creditrelated KPIs Assist with treasury and creditrelated audit support Support efforts to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency

CrossFunctional Support Collaborate with banking partners on internal support requests from Payroll and Implementation Work closely with Payroll and Implementation teams on daily payroll items such as voucher reversals, reversewire setups, and related issues

What You Bring:

Job Skills & Qualifications Associate degree required; Bachelors degree preferred Finance, treasury, banking, or accounting experience preferred Strong Excel skills for financial and accounting analysis required Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Strong technical and analytical abilities Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities Strong timemanagement and projectmanagement skills Proven ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams without formal authority Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure
