Salary/Pay: Base + per file bonuses

Well established mortgage lending firm is seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Processor/Closer to manage loans from application to funding. You will verify financial data, ensure compliance, and coordinate smooth loan closings with our title company and investors. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not necessary
Key Responsibilities
Manage files across both banking and brokered loan pipelines.
Review loan applications in Calyx Point for data integrity.
Verify borrower income, assets, credit, and employment history.
Resolve complex underwriting conditions to secure formal loan approvals.
Prepare final closing instructions, packages, and compliant disclosures.
Coordinate closing dates, documentation, and wires with title companies and investors.
Maintain clear daily communication with in-house loan officers.

Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in mortgage processing/closing.
Systems: Proficient in Calyx required
Knowledge: Deep understanding of FNMA, FHA, Non QM, Subprime, and Hard Money Lending.
Skills: Strong organization and communication.
