Mortgage Servicing Specialist

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Speciaist in Carrollton, TX.

Summary:The Home Loan Specialist III is a skilled role supporting various Channels within the Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD). As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

The Home Loan Specialist will:

• Perform complex data and document validation
• Handle more complex calls, emails, or chat sessions
• Complete appraisal eligibility tasks
• Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines
• Interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values* 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Mortgage industry experience required; Loan processing or closing experience strongly preferred
• General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
