Job Introduction

In This Role, You Will:

Drive sales performance and customer outcomes by meeting goals and maximizing conversion
Manage the full customer and loan lifecycle, including application, funding, repayment, and collections
Build relationships and recommend tailored financial solutions
Engage customers across multiple channels to expand sales opportunities
Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence
Educate customers on loan terms and optional products

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass drug screen, criminal background, and credit checks
Valid drivers license and reliable, insured transportation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sales, collections, or customer service in a performance-driven environment
Bilingual in Spanish/English

Working Conditions

Office-based role providing consumer loans in person and via phone. Hours are typically MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.
