Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bank Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. The Bank Manager will oversee daily branch operations, coach and develop team members, strengthen customer relationships, and help the branch achieve financial goals. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflows, strong service delivery, and adherence to internal policies.
- Lead, coach, and support branch staff to improve performance, customer engagement, and sales results.
- Drive sales of banking products and services while identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security procedures, audit standards, and operational controls.
- Build and maintain strong customer and community relationships to support retention and business growth.
- Manage branch financial performance, reporting, goals, and key operational metrics.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $72,000 to $75,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage daily branch operations, staff performance, and service standards.
- Lead sales initiatives for banking products and customer relationship growth.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor branch financial performance, reporting, and operational goals.
- 3 to 7+ years of banking experience, including leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of branch banking operations, consumer banking products, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven sales and customer service background within a banking or financial services environment.
- Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop branch team members.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced branch environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a bank branch or serving in an assistant branch manager role.
- Experience with consumer lending, deposit products, and branch profitability goals.
- Familiarity with community banking, relationship banking, or local market development.
