Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and capable Customer Service Associate multitasker for a small, very busy office. This position is responsible for helping customers with questions or concerns regarding company products and services. Their duties include communicating with customers in-person, over the phone or via email, filling out forms after each interaction to determine frequent customer feedback or questions and participating in meetings with the customer service team to develop new strategies Key duties and responsibilities include : Answering customer inquiries and resolving complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media Guiding/advising customers by providing them with information about products Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests made by customers Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints Communicating with various internal departments to ensure customer needs are met Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company's products or services to provide accurate information to customers Phone, faxing, emailing, scanning, filing and other office support as needed Other duties as requested Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, some college a plus One year of office experience desired Good computer skills Attention to detail Ability to write clear and concise emails Excellent phone manner and ability to work independently after training.
