As a Client Transition Specialist, you'll be at the center of client relationshipsguiding them through transitions, solving problems, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your work directly impacts clients' financial futures. By ensuring their retirement plans are handled smoothly and accurately, you help build trust, reduce stress, and create a better overall experience. How You'll Make an Impact: Lead smooth transitions: Help clients set up, change, or close retirement plans with accuracy and care Be the go-to expert: Answer client and advisor questions and provide clear, reliable guidance Keep things on track: Coordinate timelines, manage data, and ensure all details are completed correctly Ensure accuracy: Review balances, data, and documents so every transition is seamless Partner with advisors: Support client service needs and help deliver great outcomes Educate and support: Create materials and provide guidance to help clients understand their plans Collaborate across teams: Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional service Your Desired Skills & Experiences: A strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects Excellent communication skillsyou can explain complex topics in a clear, simple way A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills A client-first mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented approach Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and systems A willingness to learn, grow, and ask questions Experience with retirement plans, financial services, or client onboarding Familiarity with Excel, Word, and similar tools LI-VK1 We Put People First in all that we do.
