Credit Analyst Assistant Job Description The Credit Analyst Assistant supports the North America credit team by processing deferred payment loan applications, performing basic account reconciliations, and contributing to credit and collections process improvements. Responsibilities Process deferred payment loan applications and verify that all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards. Perform simple account reconciliations to ensure that account balances and records are accurate and up to date. Enter and update credit and collections data accurately in internal systems and spreadsheets. Participate in process improvement projects to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of credit and collections operations. Collaborate with team members to share information, resolve issues, and maintain consistent credit practices across the organization. Use Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel, to manage communications, documentation, and data. Essential Skills 1-3 years of general office experience, preferably in a credit, finance, or administrative support environment. Experience with credit analysis, credit and collections support, or related financial processes. Ability to perform basic account reconciliations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in data entry, including accurate and timely input of financial and customer information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, lenders, and internal stakeholders. Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment and follow established procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience supporting credit or collections teams in a corporate or financial services setting. Familiarity with credit analysis concepts and basic financial terminology. Experience participating in or supporting process improvement initiatives.
