Insight Global is seeking a Legal & Compliance Manager to support a rapidly growing federal government contractor and international solutions provider based in Fairfax, VA. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role working closely with executive leadership, Accounting, and HR to build and maintain scalable legal and compliance infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in related fields

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Personable, professional, and confident communicating with vendors, partners, and executives

Able to think strategically and solve problems creatively

Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Proactive and capable of taking ownership without constant oversight
