About the Role
You will lead financial planning and analysis support for a highgrowth digital retail business within FIS Banking. This role partners closely with senior product and business leaders to drive profitable growth, forecast performance, and inform strategic decisions. Success is measured by forecast accuracy, actionable insights, and trusted partnership across revenue and cost organizations.

What You Will Be Doing
Serve as primary FP&A partner for a digital retail P&L with significant annual revenue scale
Analyze present and future financial performance to inform growth, investment, and pricing decisions
Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and longrange plans aligned to growth targets
Track monthly revenue and expenses; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions
Partner with product, development, and professional services leaders on cost management
Model business cases for new products, partnerships, and revenue initiatives
Conduct economic and financial research on returns, depreciation, and capital requirements
Prepare executivelevel reports highlighting insights, risks, and opportunities
Establish timelines and methodologies for budgeting and forecasting across departments

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent practical experience

Typically requires 7+ years of financial planning, analysis or related experience
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
Experience supporting complex P&Ls in technology, financial services, or SaaS environments
Strong analytical skills translating data into clear business insights and recommendations
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and crossfunctional stakeholders
Advanced proficiency with financial systems and data analysis tools
Clear, concise communication skills for executive and nonfinancial audiences

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting digital, software, or platformbased products
Knowledge of banking or financial services operating models
Experience with longrange planning and growth scenario modeling
Exposure to professional services or development cost structures
Familiarity with automation, BI, or advanced analytics tools
