As a Universal Banker II / Loan Officer, you'll:

Build meaningful relationships by acting as a trusted financial advisor

Open and close accounts and originate, underwrite, and close loans

Identify solutions that truly fit each member's needs

Cross-sell products and services with integrity and purpose

Provide exceptional, personalized member service

Step in to support frontline staff as needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

2+ years of banking/lending experience

Proven sales experience with success in meeting lending goals

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

A positive, member-focused, team-player attitude

Willingness to work occasionally out of our Lino Lakes branch

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

Driver's license and reliable transportation

Background study and credit check required

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, 8-hour shifts

Weekend availability about once every 5 weeks

(Work from home Saturdays, 8:45-12:15 answering calls)

Office setting

Monthly all-staff and loan meetings held in Lino Lakes
