About the Role A dynamic financial services organization is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer with a proven track record of generating their own leads. The ideal candidate will leverage their network of realtors, title agents, attorneys, and other sources to produce a consistent stream of business. This role requires individuals with strong self-sourcing capabilities and the ability to maintain a high volume of active, self-generated loans. Key Responsibilities Generate leads independently through relationships with realtors, attorneys, title agents, and other industry sources Maintain a minimum of $1.0M-$1.5M in active, self-sourced loan production per month Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend appropriate loan products Guide clients through the full application and underwriting process, ensuring a smooth and compliant transaction Review and analyze financial documents, including credit, income, and asset statements Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Collaborate with internal teams and lenders to streamline loan processing and successful closings Qualifications Proven self-sourcing experience in mortgage lending, including relationships with realtors, attorneys, title agents, and other referral partners Minimum $1.0M-$1.5M in self-generated loan production per month Strong knowledge of mortgage underwriting processes and principles Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote setting Proficient with financial documentation, credit analysis, and compliance standards Familiarity with lending software and tools is a plus Core Competencies Lead generation and business development Self-driven, high-performance mindset Relationship management Financial analysis and compliance Location: Remote (U.S.)
