RFP Revenue Cycle Billing & Coding

INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Fort Peck Tribal Health Revenue Cycle Department located in Poplar, Montana is requesting BIDS for a Patient Accounting billing agreement.

The agreement will provide revenue cycle management services for hospital-based and free-standing ambulatory clinics. Most of the services will be tailored as we develop plans each week/month and need ongoing communication until we get caught up on all outstanding billable claims. In addition, we will seek input where we need support to improve our process and outcomes. Please provide hourly bid on services so that we may determine how we proceed through this process.

• Estimated Hours per month: up to 35 providers, more as we grow

• Claims Transmission / Rejections
• Accounts Receivable Posting

• Patient Statements
  o Includes printing/mailing, reviewing statements prior to mailing, ensuring all payments are allocated
• Reporting/Monthly Close
• Conference Calls
• Deposit Reconciliation

Additional Services as Requested

• Provider Documentation Audit and Training
  As needed

Revenue Cycle Analysis & Consultative Services

• Includes RPMS / system issues / research beyond normal revenue cycle workload

Sealed BIDS will need to be submitted to Fort Peck Tribes Property Management Technician by 4:30pm on August 4, 2025, BIDS will be opened August 5, 2025. Selection of BID will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and selected bidder will be contacted via phone or email, if not present. The Fort Peck Tribes reserve the right to reject any or all bids received.
