One of our financial clients is seeking a **Commercial Loan Analyst** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in **LoanIQ** , a solid background in **commercial loans** , and a thorough understanding of **commercial loan credit agreements**
**Job Title: Commercial Loan Analyst**
**Location: CHANDLER, AZ 107688**
**12+ months Contract with possible extension**
**TOP SKILLS**
+ Proficiency in LoanIQ
+ Commercial loans - booking/ funding- operations experience
+ Strong understanding of commercial loan credit agreements
+ Knowledge of AFS is a plus - desired, not requiredLIQ, Credit Agreement familiarity, Commercial closing and money movement experience.
**PROJECT DETAILS**
+ This contractor will be supporting day-to-day operations within Commercial lending as they convert systems from AFS to LoanIQ.
**DUTIES**
+ Booking and funding commercial loans in LoanIQ.
+ Respond to requests from other LOBs to post funds in internal systems and handle money movement activites.
+ Reduce learning curve of LoanIQ adoption among the staff as production continues.
