The Role
Our Financial Consulting group is looking for a Consulting Manager to join our journey. Were looking for someone who has experience in Loan Origination and Loan Servicing domain. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise to impact large transformation opportunities in the mortgage space for multi-tower deals working across other horizontals and verticals within Cognizant
As a Consulting Manager, this means leading a team of Consultants through a client-facing engagement, managing escalations, and serving as a the owner of a workstream; maintaining expertise in your domain; meaningfully contributing to the sales process through a mix of RPI development, client presentations, financial modeling, pricing strategy, and flawless delivery; creating service offerings and/or client partner training materials; and contributing to PeopleCare initiatives, recruiting, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
Based on experience, support or own and manage one or more project workstream(s), including deliverables, while adhering to budget, timelines, and client engagement guidelines;
Partner with clients and project stakeholders and apply technical and domain expertise to solve core client business challenges or inefficiencies; this may include leading and managing small solutioning teams to accomplish the above
Elevate the Cognizant brand from mere solution vendor to business-focused transformation partner, based on earning the trust and confidence of clients;
Ensure accurate understanding of a clients business challenges and their optimum alignment to engagements delivering Cognizant solutions;
Capitalize on successful project outcomes in pursuit of further client business partnering and involvement with the clients development of strategic digital transformation roadmaps;
Collaborate with and influence Cognizant project resources (e.g., service lines, SBUs, on/offshore delivery teams) and Partners on behalf of project goals, often-changing client needs, and ultimately client delight;
Leverage specific engagement solutions as marketable Cognizant solution offerings;
Develop practice capabilities and brand recognition by exercising thought leadership, establishing a consultative presence within Cognizant and the wider consulting community, and participating in professional organizations;
Participate in PeopleCare activities; Mentor and support less experienced Consultants for the benefit of the practice.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a relevant business or technical discipline; work-in-progress on a Masters or MBA
Broad understanding of core business processes, technology challenges, and technical/business solutions associated with an industry
Certifications in Agile and SAFe (e.g., SAFe Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master
Experience within a consultancy, within a targeted industry domain, or within a digital solution environment core to one or more of Cognizants businesses
Experience with program quality frameworks, methods, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma)
Experience with API services and integration projects.
8+ years of BA/Product Owner experience in handling complex projects end to end across multiple tech teams /projects. Should have requirement gathering experience on request/response API, workflow creation and Data mapping.
Strong Technical Business Analysis Skills with 8+ years of mortgage(Loan Origination and Loan Servicing) experience.
Good in communication and maintaining project sanity like confluence, meeting notes, documentation, issue tracker etc.
Have worked as single contact for client for any escalations client and act on immediate high priority items. Should have acumen of troubleshooting prod issues.
Should be hands on with UAT testing and review testers test cases and results.
Well versed with Agile ceremonials and as well as documenting user stories in JIRA

Compensation:
- $95,000-$125,000
- This position is eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans
