**About the Role**

As a Senior Finance Manager you will lead the Adaptive Planning Center of Excellence (COE), driving adoption, innovation, and standardization of Adaptive Planning, Alteryx, and Savant. Manage a high-performing team supporting financial operations and scaling analytics capabilities across client-facing teams.

**What Youll Do**

Lead the Adaptive Planning COE team, including staff passionate about Adaptive Planning implementations, Alteryx/Savant workflow configurations, and business-as-usual (BAU) support for client-dedicated account teams.

Foster the implementation of standard processes for Adaptive Planning. Promote teamwork between the COE and account teams to drive adoption and improve platform utilization.

Lead the resource planning process, which includes anticipating demand based on projected pipeline, aligning staffing levels accordingly, and assigning the right resources to each project based on abilities, availability, and complexity.

Collaborate with Finance Transition team to ensure all implementation activities are completed accurately and per scheduled delivery.

Resolve any issues related to transition implementations and ongoing support.

Manage various components of the Workday relationship, including purchase order and billing activities, expert assist program, and acting as SPOC for platform improvements, support issues, and strategic alignment initiatives.

Coordinate the rollout and integration of Savant as a new platform in our tech stack, ensuring alignment with existing Alteryx workflows and Adaptive Planning processes.

Lead regularly scheduled team calls to review project statuses, discuss lessons learned, and proactively solve operational challenges.

Lead platform charge-out processes related to COE labor in support of transition or transformation projects, as well as Adaptive planning technology cost allocations.

Assist with implementations and associated workflow configurations.

**What Youll Need**

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.

+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

+ Leadership skills to empower the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job field, multiple job subject areas, and department.

+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ Extensive organizational skills and a sophisticated inquisitive mentality.

+ Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

+ Experience with Adaptive Planning software.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Finance Manager position is $134,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Finance Manager position is $145,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
