salary: $24 - $26.57 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

As a Collections Coordinator, job duties include:

  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate collection actions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while following up on all past due accounts.
  • Track down missing invoices in preparation for upcoming training events.
  • Identify inconsistencies or issues within the collections process and recommend corrective measures.
  • Support the implementation and automation of the collections process via the YayPay platform.
  • Process credit card payments and refunds accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Sales, Client Experience, and Learning Centers to resolve account issues.
Qualifications:

  • 2+years working in Corporate Collections for a nationwide organization.
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems preferred.
  • Working knowledge of credit terms and collections best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
