IT Support & Asset Management Analyst

Client: State of OH Onsite Columbus, OH

Job Description:
ODRC expects the candidate to be extremely well rounded in managing 50+ telecommunication tickets that may involve data entry, troubleshooting, critical thinking, inventory management, asset management, etc.

This will involve traveling to our London, OH site to take inventory of the phones, etc./technology as it is sent/received. Will involve some data entry aspects to track assets. The candidate is responsible for managing the transfer of iPhones from AirWatch to Intune, as such a strong understanding of mobile device management will be required. The candidate should also have knowledge of Tango management for managing mobile phone devices, processing orders, some sales experience, and good customer service. Experience with leading training will be necessary.
A valid driver s license is required as travel to ODRC locations will be mandatory
Skills:

Preferred Education: 2-year college degree Years of Relevant Experience: 4 plus years Key Skills: Intune and Tango Development Skills: Solutions design; Project technical planning; Analysis and design; Communication; Testing and implementation; Recommends software reusability guidelines; Plans and conducts formal mentorship activities for peers and/or lower-level staff via verbal instruction or technical documentation. Documentation: Create Technical documentation with application functionality and test methods, various flow diagrams (Business/Functional)
