Associate Asset Manager

Established real estate investment and property management firm is seeking a hardworking, proactive and self-motivated professional to join the asset management team.

The position is an ideal transition from site-level to executive management, and includes comprehensive training by the senior asset management team. Duties include assistance with property operations and leading on-site community managers for upscale residential and commercial properties in Southern California and Nevada. The position is based in Camarillo, with periodic travel (company vehicles) to properties in Santa Barbara and Ventura counties and west LA.

Requirements:
Three plus years of property management experience
Bachelor's Degree
Proficient working knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel
Excellent writing and communication skills
