  • Drive process improvement and operational efficiency programs
  • Identify opportunities for business optimization and innovation
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and KPIs

Process Excellence & Innovation:

  • Actively participate in process analysis and improvement activities
  • Partner with business units to identify and implement operational improvements
  • Translate business needs into effective solutions
  • Design and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency
  • Create clear documentation that demonstrates understanding of business operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in process improvement and project management
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand different business operations
  • Track record of building strong business partnerships and credibility
  • Experience with project management tools (Wrike, Jira, etc.)
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:
