Our client is in the Real Estate industry (Title side) and they are looking for a Closing Coordinator to help them out from now through the end of the summer(possibly longer depending on business needs). Our client is looking for someone with experience gathering information for closing is required to be considered. Responsibilities

Closing Coordinator duties:

- Will be gathering all the details before the closing actually happens

- Wil introduce the company to the Buyers and Sellers - will work with Realators and Lenders

- Will also be the person that schedules the closing (where at that point, the file will be passed along to the Processor to complete next steps in the process

- Will work in a team - will be teamed up with a procesor (office will be a shared office with a processor or another coordiantor

- This role involves a lot of communication with the customers - the title company is hired by the lenders to complete the process)

- Company uses E-Closing for their software - which is a commmon software throughout NH
