We are expanding our operations and looking to hire an additional Branch Manager that has strong working knowledge of all phases of roofing and waterproofing utilized in our market. Must have a proven track record and must have a fluent knowledge of materials, tools and machines used in the trade.
Display strong leadership and supervisory abilities. Above average ability to read blue prints, specifications and contracts/work order for specific projects and materials. Must be able to demonstrate to customers, employees and management at a professional level both oral and written communication skills. We focus on key results in areas including; exceptional customer development skills, establishing and maintaining long term relationships with new customers as well as our existing customer base.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
You will Train, Direct, Manage, and Supervise, in a professional manner coordinating operations of Branch departments by; Developing a business plan for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability Establish/Build a Customer Base by developing relationships with key customers as well as Staff and manage the Team providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values of the company.
Oversee estimates, proposals preparation of presentations, and sales contracts insuring competitive pricing on all prospective bid applications, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins and administering contract documents including subcontracts, submittals, work orders, compliance requirements for Federal/State guidelines.
Minimum Requirements, Knowledge and Skills:
* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure correspondence.
* Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school with four to six years in a commercial roofing/construction management capacity.
* Fluent knowledge of a variety of computer software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet
* Knowledge of office administrative procedures and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment.
* Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
*Ability to work with General Contractors, Owners and customers to bring jobs in on a timely manner and within budget Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
