ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Solicit and develop new business

Prepare required disclosure information within designated timeframes

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Minimum 3 years of corporate commercial lending/commercial real estate lending experience with thorough knowledge of lending regulations and credit/underwriting practices.
Skills/Ability: PC proficient. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (English/ Mandarin or Cantonese) a plus. Organized and detail oriented. Good credit knowledge of Bank’s credit underwriting policies and approval process for assigned loan. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high production environment. Strong financial analysis and accounting skills.
