Duties include, but are not limited to, pre and post closing review of new commercial loan requests and renewals.

Pre Closing

Review loan requests prior to documentation for proper approval and ensure loan is processed and documented according to write-up and approval.
Review supporting corporate documentation to ensure proper signors and titling.
Review title work for exceptions, lien position and vesting.
Assess all aspects of loan request for compliance to regulatory and loan policy guidelines.
Work with loan officer to clear exceptions to title and or policy exceptions. Analyze appraisal for adherence to appraiser guidelines.
Prepare Review Worksheet and LTV Worksheet.
Research property taxes.
Review accuracy of all closing documents.
Communicate closing requirements with documentor and/or officer.
Approve release of file for documenting.

Post Closing

Review signed documents for proper execution.
Review loan system for accuracy and consistency with loan documents.
Assess that all closing requirements were met.
