Job Title: Financial Analyst II - Portland, ME - FT Company: TD Bank Location: Portland, OR Description: Description Job Summary: Primary focus of this position is Capital Expenditure Planning and Reporting, including PIC Project Investment Committee, New Stores and Line-of-Business Initiatives. Responsibilities will include: 1 the support for Capital Project / Initiative Financial evaluation, 2 incorporation into annual plan and 3 reporting of actual v. plan for costs and related revenues. Secondary focus will be assistance to other group members in the area of Line-of-Business Expenses. Duties: Provide concentrated Planning support for Capital Expenditures, including All sources e.g. PIC / Technology, New Stores, Renovations, LOB Initiative . Support to LOBs for Project financial evaluation / justification i.e. Cost-Benefit analysis, including inputs into existing models and / or creation of new models, as deemed appropriate. Planning / Forecasting of CapX, operating expense and incremental revenue. Reporting of Plan / Forecast to Actual. Planning for related items such as Depreciation Expense and New Stores. Provide assistance in Planning / Forecasting of Line-of Business expenses and non-LOB expenses, including related reporting requirements. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree with specialization in Accounting and/or Finance. Experience: 3 years of work experience. Banking / Finance preferred. First Rate communication skills, both written and verbal. Office products Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook . Some experience with Budgeting / Planning / Forecasting processes and systems.
