Utilize a 10-key proof and encoding machine to add coded information (account numbers, dollar amounts) to client work (checks, deposits). RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. *Receives, verifies and prepares client work (checks, deposits) for proof encoding operation. 2. *Operate proof machine to encode dollar amount and other required fields on documents. 3. *Balance encoded work to provide totals. 4. *Apply multi-bank procedures as directed. 5. *Verify out of balance transactions within bank proof work. 6. *Write correction forms and provide appropriate documentation to resolve out of balance items if required. 7. *Prep work for sorter function. 8.
