The Marketing Manager, Credit Card ("Marketing Manager") is responsible for loyalty marketing of Upromise credit card cardholders. A highly motivated self-starter, the Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Director of Card Marketing, the credit card acquisitions channel team and Bank of America on strategic tactics and initiatives that will drive card activation, card spend and overall retention of existing cardholders. This person is responsible for all communications, mail, email or web based targeted at existing cardholders. This person will also be responsible for coordinating with marketing personnel representing other Upromise verticals (gas, dining, online shopping) on joint marketing opportunities that will drive spend on the card and spend in the verticals. The Marketing Manager will work closely with our internal creative department, marketing communications support personnel and Technology teams to execute all programs aimed at existing cardholders. This person will have 5-7 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in credit card marketing. Overall responsibilities: *Build annual loyalty card marketing plan and track performance against forecast for the credit card program.*Develop new strategies for promotions to increase Cardmember spending with the credit card and engagement and spend in other Upromise business verticals.*Implement customer activation and retention initiatives through the web, e-mail and direct mail.*Work closely with Bank of America on all loyalty communication materials including coordination of approvals for internally and externally developed marketing materials.*Identify and target segments of the Upromise member base with the appropriate communication strategy leveraging internal analysis and research.*Project management for all multi-channel marketing projects including creative kick offs, segmentation strategy, list pulls, analytic requirements, and business requirements for project implementation.*Creation and updating of status and tracking reports.*QA support for outgoing email campaigns as needed.*Documentation and reporting of project and/or promotion results; suggestions for improvement based on learnings.*Development of presentations for both internal and external use.*Support for Director of Card Marketing in ongoing interactions with Bank of America.EXPERIENCE - Bachelors degree required 5-7years in consumer marketing, marketing communications, and strategic marketing with a minimum of 3 years in credit card marketing. Proven experience developing, launching and managing new marketing programs and retention and loyalty initiatives.*Experience in marketing research *Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in developing and presenting marketing plans, goals, strategies and budget/forecast to senior management/executives.*Strong relationship management skills. *Web and email based marketing experience. *Proven experience for meeting sales goals based on marketing tactics*Flexibility to travel as needed OTHER HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:*Experience working with a top 10 financial institution*Loyalty or reward program experienceSKILLS- Describe meaningful and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for screening purposes. POSITION 1:
PROJECT MANAGER * SDLC, APPLICATION BASED PROJECTS
The ideal candidate must have strong Project Management experience managing multiple, end to end SDLC based IT projects
PMP Certification a big plus.
Banking / Credit Card Industry / Financial industry experience - big plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads technical projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, analysis, design development and implementation.
* Delivers specific projects on time, on budget and with high quality.
* Establishes project requirements, priorities, and deadlines.
* Ensures project is completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture and other relevant firm wide guidelines.
* Coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects.
* Assists in producing and monitoring work plans with purpose, clear roles, tasks and measures of success
* Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members.
* Manages budget for assigned project(s), monitors project progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly.

This position ideally requires a strong PM with experience managing large Infrastructure based projects. Infrastructure projects will involve migrations, up gradation, data center moves and infrastructure builds.
Projects will be in Server (Windows/Unix/Citrix), SAN/NAS and / or networking space.
Ideal candidate will have infrastructure project management experience in large enterprise environments.
